Reiki is a natural non invasive form of healing. The recipient remains fully clothed apart from removing the shoes and and any watches/electronic devices. The practitioner uses their hands as a conduit for 'chi' the lifeforce energy that flows through all life, specifically placed on or above minor & major chakras, energy points linked to major organs of the body to release blockages, relieve discomfort and restore balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. treatments lasts 40 minutes when performed on the front of the body only.
